Fantastic opportunity to join an established company on the outskirts of Coventry as a Payroll Supervisor! You must have previous experience within payroll, both in house and with a managed payroll provider would be advantageous.
Full time - Office based
Up to £26,000 DOE
Must drive due to location
Main duties but not limited to;
" Responsible for the end to end payroll process.
" Managing weekly timesheets via excel spreadsheets, ensuring all are received on time.
" Calculate and process pension deductions and payments.
" Working out pension contributions as well as sick pay, holiday pay and NI contributions.
" Processing Starters and leavers.
" Calculate bonus payments.
" Collating data from timesheets into a master timesheet.
" Administration of holiday allowances, password resets on the holiday booking and payroll systems.
" Liaising with our outsourced payroll provider.
" Looking into payroll queries and responding/resolving in a timely manner.
" Ensuring all information is collected, checked and sent to the outsourced payroll provider.
" Calculate and process furlough payments.
" Previous experience within payroll - both in house and with a managed payroll provider would be advantageous
" Able to manage multiple tasks
" Excellent attention to detail
" Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
" Able to manage a busy workload independently with minimum supervision
" Comfortable and able to work to tight deadlines
