Brook Street are now recruiting for a Payroll Assistant on behalf of their well-known and trusted Accountancy client based in their Inverness office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to have a work/life balance. Working full time hours over four days a week, Monday to Thursday.
Your new role:
"Report to the senior accountant you will process end to end high volume weekly Payroll.
"Handle all payroll enquires, by email or phone
"Process relevant information onto internal systems
"Perform year end processing duties and perform any payroll corrections.
What you'll need to succeed:
"You will be an experienced Payroll assistant who has previously worked in a busy role
"You will have excellent IT skills including experience with a payroll system
"You will have strong attention to detail and able to prioritise.
"You will be able to work to a high standard and able to meet deadlines
