Job Description

Role: Payroll Manager
Location: Dover
Salary: £23,000 to £28,000
Hours: Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Do you have experience of Auto Enrolment Pension procedures?

If you do then this could be a really exciting opportunity for you. My client are looking for a new payroll manager to join their busy and friendly team. You will be responsible for managing/ processing about 100 payroll clients per month and will ideally have experience using Sage as you will be processing weekly and monthly payrolls on SAGE payroll. You will also be responsible for processing new starters and leavers, Auto Enrolment Pensions advice and compliance, setting up new AE Pension schemes, reconciling PAYE liabilities, processing about CIS Returns each month, uploading documents into secure Cloud systems, raise invoices for payroll services delivered, liaising with clients by phone and e-mail and attending some occasional client meetings as and when needed.
