Brook Street are excited to be working with an Edinburgh based company who are one of the UK`s leading accountancy firms. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Associate candidate to join their expanding team due to promotions and company growth.

Duties of a Payroll Associate:

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
" Processing end to end payroll for a variety of clients in a timely manner with support from the Payroll Manager
" Discovering and implementing process and procedure improvement ideas
you will get involved in business development projects and other initiatives within the payroll team
" Completing payment reports and payroll reviews for clients
" Liaising with multiple clients and building effective working relationships
" Dealing with internal and external queries
" Advising on auto enrolment and other legislative changes
" Ensuring clients are provided with the best service
" Liaising with senior managers, stakeholders, and other departments in the firm
" General ad hoc duties


Requirements of a Payroll Associate:

" Experience in the payroll sector, multi-client experience favourable
" Experience working to strict SLAs
" Experience with a variety of factors like auto-enrolment, salary sacrifice, different pension providers and more
" A good level of computer literacy
" Fantastic communication skills
