FIFE / DUNDEE
PAYROLL CONTROLLER
£22,000 - £26,000
This role is Monday to Friday, 8-5pm, based in Fife.
The role of Payroll Controller will report to the Payroll & Benefits Manager

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Full End to end, in house, transactional payroll responsibility, associated administration and report preparation - incorporating RTI, HMRC, Multi pension company management and other regulatory body submissions
Primarily responsible for weekly payroll management, in its entirety and to provide cover for the Payroll & Benefits Manager, responsible for monthly payroll management
Providing first line support for all payroll enquiries from employees and all other associated internal and external stakeholders
Providing a full audit trail of associated payroll documents from time-sheet through to end production
Accurate maintenance of all associated payroll documents from time-sheet through to end production
Project and Programme Management of and participation in payroll process and TUPE transfer programmes for the Group
Management report production (absence, attrition, headcount)

Be pro-active with the Company Safety Management System and demonstrate safe working practices during all working activities
Contribute to all safety initiatives as required

Undertake training as required to comply with Company regulations and legislative requirements
