As an ideal candidate you will have at least two years payroll experience and be able to plan and prioritise workloads to optimise the performance of the operations team and work with the Operations Managers to define and improve standards.

The core of Payroll Operations Supervisor role will be supervising Payroll Administrators, ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. You will operate as the subject matter expert and escalation point to help resolve issues and continuously look for improvements in operational processes.

This is a pivotal role that develops the contribution of the team through coaching and counselling and requires workable solutions to business issues/problems with minimum referral to management.
