Our client - a large and rapidly growing pension provider is in the process of bringing a new 3rd party supplier to deal with the day to day running of their pension.
Because of this imminent change to their current provider they are urgently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager to work through the integration requirements from a Compliance perspective
If you have worked in a similar integration role in Compliance for a pensions organisation that would be great - however their main requirement is that you have the following knowledge and experience within a Technical Compliance role for a Pensions Company
Legislative provisions around auto enrolment
HMRC and TPR requirements
Master Trust DC pension schemes
You role will be the link between the new supplier and our client and will be a blend of monitoring and policy advisory ( though you will not be required to write policy) ensuring that the new provider will deliver the best quality compliance.
You will be engaging with other parties both internally and externally - so strong communication skills are essential as you will be negotiating and chasing down queries
This is an urgent requirement and will be for a 2 year fixed term contract so you will be eligible for the full range of company benefits
