We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join the established team in Cardiff. You will be required to offer support to the department, including managing diaries, producing reports, liaising with companies and providers to chase for information, preparing documentation, chasing up correspondence and full completion of records.
Preparation of documents
Correspondence writing and recording
Management of client database
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
Financial Services experience ideally
Excellent MS Word / Excel / Outlook skills
