Pensions Technician

Job Summary: Support time-sensitive projects for the company's defined benefit scheme, including data management and administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on pension data projects, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain DB scheme data integrity in Profund and other records.
  • Assist in DB and DC pension scheme administration.
  • Liaise with ITM for system fixes and upgrades.
  • Contribute to the Pensions Dashboard Project.
  • Handle DB member case work and benefit calculations.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive pensions administration experience.
  • Proficient in GMP reconciliation and governance.
  • Skilled in database management and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Deadline-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

This role offers hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
