People Adviser - Leading Communications Agency - Manchester - £35,000

We are collaborating with a leading Communications Agency who are searching for a People Advisor. They are known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence and prides themselves on delivering top-notch work for our clients while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment for our employees.

The People Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes. You will develop a detailed understanding of our agency's HR processes, our work culture, and key stakeholders.

Hybrid - Manchester based - £35,000

Your responsibilities will include:

  • General Support for HR elements for the agency
  • Maintaining accurate HR and staff records
  • Generating reports and responding to day-to-day queries from teams.
  • Manage the administration and logistics of the agency's recruitment and induction process
  • developing a network of recruiters
  • Administer the agency's benefits packages, benchmarking them annually against similar businesses
  • Learning and Career Development, assist with the coordination of the agency's Career Development process
  • Ensuring the agency is compliant with current employment legislation and HR best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in HR coordination or related role.

Strong understanding of HR processes, legislation, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
