Job Description

People and Culture Manager
£40-50k (subject to experience)

The main purpose of this role is to prepare and implement a people-focussed organisational plan in line with the overall strategic aims and objectives of the business.

To offer value-added and commercially astute advice on all people-related matters. You will be operationally aligned and sympathetic to the priorities of department leader, supporting them to deliver exceptional business performance whilst working together to build a people-centric culture.

The role will focus on a diverse range of activities, from delivering improvements on managing employee relations, day to day people issues, devising core people metrics and organisational design, to recognise and develop talent and craft an exceptional environment that delivers excellence both for and by our people.

A proven track record of working with senior management or board level and CIPD qualified.with high learning agility and an interest in continuous professional development.
