An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client based in Bradford for a People and Organisational Development Advisor to join the People and Organisational Development Team for six months. Working closely with the wider HR team, managers, and staff throughout the organisation, you will provide a comprehensive and customer focused service covering a broad range of people development activity.
With a primary objective of ensuring that development needs are met across the organisation through planning, organising, designing, and delivering people development interventions, including virtual and face-to-face training workshops, e-learning platforms, projects and other resources and activities.
You will provide responsive, high-quality advice, supporting managers on all aspects of the People & Organisational Development agenda, along with working with and supporting organisation-wide people initiatives in line with the recently implemented People Strategy.
You will champion our culture and values by acting as an "ambassador" with an enthusiastic and professional approach to people and will support in developing and delivering high standards of service.
Qualified to a minimum of CIPD level 5 or working towards, you will be a confident, proactive people development professional. Previous higher education sector experience would be beneficial. You must have the ability to communicate, engage and influence effectively at all levels and have a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Experience working with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams and SharePoint as well as working with LMS platforms is required.
