WORKING FROM HOME INITIALLY
This is great opportunity to work for this household name in the Watford area on a temp to contract basis. Ideally the candidate will temp for 4 weeks and then go onto the client's books. The company is extremely engaged with it`s staff and you will be working in this forward thinking organisation in a team based environment.
Your day to day duties include responsibility for maintaining and tracking employee data via the internal system and supporting with HR related queries. HR Operations and payroll ensure compliance with all legal requirements in relation to their people data. HR Systems and Insight help deliver accurate data to allow for insight and decision making, and to support the business in resolving ongoing issues. Vetting is a crucial part of their business. To ensure vetting is carried out for any roles identified and that individuals have met the vetting requirements, chasing for responses and escalating any issues or concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
You will be preparing and sending out employee contracts of employment and new starter information.
Coordinate all aspects of the Mandatory Training administration
You will have an HR/Compliance background preferably and used to working in a process driven environment.
In return the company offer a temporary rate of £11ph and when placed contract will be offered a salary up to £25000 pa equivalent plus a number of added benefits.
