Job Title- Peripatetic Support Worker

Salary- £23,060.22 per annum including disturbance allowance

Summary- You would be asked to work between two services, one of which is dealing with families and the other which would be working with young people leaving the care system. In both services you would be asked to comply by a none contact approach and look to support service users in applying for education, provide assistance with entering the working world as well as other elements they may need help with. To be successful in this role, you must be a driver and own your own vehicle.
