Our client is a specialist school and college supporting individuals for children and young adults with complex learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions or other social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

You will be improving lives by helping make a practical difference to learners ability to access the schools services and ensure they are in a welcoming and stable residential environment outside of school hours.

As this role is for the schools residential houses you will be providing support and assistance outside of school hours and over weekends.

This roles is 40 hours a week (on a rota basis) covering mainly 3-10pm Monday to Friday, shift cover between 7am and 10pm at weekends and occasional days supporting before school (between 7am and 11am)~

This role has a great salary attached of £16925 for 38 weeks a year working - not far off £10p/h
