Brook Street Bradford, part of ManpowerGroup, are currently expanding and are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team.

In your day to day role, you will be required to deal with clients face to face, via telephone and MS teams etc, so you must be professional and have excellent communication skills. A full driving licence is a must, so you can visit your clients within the West Yorkshire area.

We are not necessary looking for recruitment experience (although this would be a benefit). Being able to demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise your work successfully is a must.

In a nut shell, the role will be to develop and build relationships with local employers and applicants in order to source and fill vacancies. Experience and examples of how you have developed and won new clients would help with your application.

This is a full-time role Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:30pm (1-hour lunch) We do offer flexibility with regards to working from home however the majority of the time we do like to support each other within the office/ team environment.

Salary is 22-28k depending on experience. OTE 40k+ with uncapped bonus scheme.
