Job Description
We are recruiting for 1 PA on a temporary basis for a client in the Walsall area to start immediately!!
We are looking for an experienced PA for an initial 6 week assignment with the potential to be extended and put forward for permanent positions.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 OR 8-4
Location: Walsall (All office based at present though potential to work hybrid)
Salary: Between £12.30 and £12.83 or £24k-£25k
THE JOB PURPOSE
To assist the current PA who works alongside the Managing Director with her increasing workload.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Strong PA background/Admin experience
- Diary management
- Travel management
- Meeting agenda's
- Data entry
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Previous PA experience is essential
- Well mannered, approachable, proactive and polite individual
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good IT Skills and computer literate (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word)
- Brilliant time management and organisational skills
- Use of initiative to ensure all daily/weekly/monthly tasks completed
- High attention to detail
