Job Description

Seeking an professional and reliable PA to provide daily administrative support to the Managing Director of one of the UK`s most successful and internationally renowned Engineering company located in Kidderminster.

This is a full time, permanent position and a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful and well respected company.

This is a hands-on job and successful candidates will have a strong work ethic and the desire to achieve and pro-actively improve working situations.

As an Executive PA you will assist the Managing Director in a verity of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks. You will prepare written materials including presentations, reports and correspondents in an accurate, timely manner, organise meetings and appointments and build strong working relationships with colleagues, customer contacts and clients.
To be successful in this position you must have diary management experience as you will be maintaining this daily and organising any travel and accommodation that is needed. The company is internationally successful so you may be dealing with international travel and organising diaries across the board.

Organisation is vital for this position. You must work well under pressure, have the ability to multi task and work to deadlines. Candidates with experience of working with matters of a highly confidential nature and complex paper work without direct supervision are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in a similar role is vital, preferably working at an Executive level. Applicants must possess a professional attitude, along with excellent communicational skills on all level.

The company use the Microsoft Office 2013 packages so a high proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
