Job Description

We have a new opportunity available for a Personal Assistant to a Managing Director. You will be based at the companies Head Quarters in Chelmsford, they are a highly successful and professional company.

This is a varied role, as you will be working on a one to one basis with the MD and their day changes very quickly. The position will involve normal PA duties, plus supporting HR duties such as recruitment, arranging interviews, updating the recruitment section on the company website and on-boarding new starters to the company.
This role would suit someone with a good background as a PA with a can do attitude and that takes pride in all that you do with a genuine desire to provide effective support to the MD and the Senior Management Team.

This is offering a salary of £28'000 to £30'000, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 22 days holiday, pension and local car parking.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

To be considered for this opportunity you need recent working experience as a PA/EA with a solid track record. Ideally you will have experience of working with PowerPoint, SAGE, Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Audio with a minimum speed of 50 wpm. You must also live within thirty minutes of Chelmsford and have your own transport.
