Brook Street are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to work for a government client based in Corsham.
You will be undertaking all senior administrative duties including:
-Hospitality and meeting coordination
Skills and experience required:
-Experience in providing PA support to Senior Staff
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including Calender
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Accurate typing skills
-A methodical and organised approach with excellent attention to detail
-Able to work independently and with initiative
-Good interpersonal skills
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Rate of pay is £10.35 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 12th September 2019, with a possibility of a further extension.
