You will be working for a CEO of a well-established property management company in Bourne, Lincolnshire. You will be looking after the CEO at work and in his personal life. You will be responsible for his diary management, booking meetings, assisting with his work load, being first point of contact for all calls, booking/arranging travel and basic office duties.

The office is a fast-paced environment, so an experienced individual will be needed for this vacancy. You will also be expected to have experience in audio typing, using Microsoft Office 360, taking minutes, typing quickly and efficiently.

The hours for this role are 8:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break. Depending on the work load, you will get an early day on Fridays.

The role is paying anywhere from £25,000 per annum depending on experience with 22 days holiday plus bank holiday, rising to 26 days holiday plus bank holiday after 2 years. The other benefits are that expenses will be paid and you will be given private health care Insurance.
