Temporary Personal Assistant

FT - Monday to Friday

We are looking for an organised and conscientious individual to join a busy Administration team to provide personal and secretarial support. The successful applicant will have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills, ensuring that every task is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard.

The post holder will liaise effectively with the administrative team, provide a comprehensive range of secretarial support to the Managers, including diary management, purchasing, invoicing, data entry.

The role is located in central Inverness, easily accessible by public transport and free parking available.
