Brook Street are recruiting for an Admin Officer to work for a government client based in Bristol.
Main duties include:
-Diary management including weekly review and update-scheduling meetings using Skype/ MS Teams
-Deconflicting diary commitments
-Dealing with day to day ad hoc enquiries and administrative tasks
-Documenting actions arising from team meetings
Skills and experience required:
-Previous PA experience
-Strong administrative skills
-Good IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £10.59 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 26/03/2021, with a possibility of an extension.
