Job Description

Our client based in Peterborough (PE3) is seeking a highly experience PA to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. The rate of pay is £13.84 an hour.

For this role you will will provide high-level diverse secretarial and administrative duties for one or two key senior managers, exercising independent judgement and discretion in performing tasks.

The role will include but will not be restricted to;
- Composing non-routine correspondence
- Compiling reports
- Transcribing dictation
- Typing documents, using word processor or spreadsheet software
- Screening and directing managers telephone calls
- Diary management
- Arranging meetings or travel
- Maintaining records or files


The ideal candidate will have a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm combined with advanced audio typing skills and shorthand if required at 110 / 120wpm

You will be required to have excellent communication skills both oral and written, with previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary.

The rate of pay is £13.84 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
