Job Title: Personal Assistant
Salary: Competitive plus bonus
Location: Barton-Upon-Humber, DN18
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Contract: Permanent

The main focus of this position will be to provide assistance to the IT Director and IT team on a day-to-day basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual with an administrative background seeking to progress their career within this line of work!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing correspondence - read, distribute and action
  • Manage inbound tasks
  • Organise team holiday calendars ensuring effective holiday management across key roles
  • Extensive day to day diary management, maintain and organise calendars
  • Reporting actions and minutes from key meetings
  • General administrative responsibilities to support the IT department
  • Organising and attending regular IT update meetings with department heads
  • Organising/supporting procurement management
  • Organising travel arrangements for meetings & events
  • Sending key department action updates to department managers
  • Supporting IT facility changes such as organise desk moves of office changes
  • Organising and attending regular department feedback meetings
