Working from a office based in Ellesmere Port you will be expected to ensure that you can build good working relationships and have a personable character whilst ensuring there is a clear showing of fulfilling all requirements on behalf of employers.

A competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum on a permanent, full time basis.
Working hours of 0900-1700 on a Mon-Fri basis (no weekends involved).
Adhoc WFH days can also been arranged.
Day to day duties:
PA to the Executive Chairman, Operations Director and Pensions and Business development Director.
Arrange and Manage the Chairman`s diary as well as organise accomodation and all travel UK and Internationally.
Arrange meeting requests with Chairman.
Organise webinars and distribute details.
Be confident in liasing with Head Office and Branch Colleagues.
Obtain reports from the Management teams and collate for Monthly review.
Office maintenance and Orders dealing with suppliers.
Manage calendar bookings including Zoom and face to face meetings

An exposure to PA roles with a confident approach
Experience with Diary Management is desirable but not essential
Strong Character to be able to build relationships with Chairman and Directors
Driving Licence with own transport is desirable and within 5 mile radius to Ellesmere port.
