Personal Assistant Opportunity in Andover!
Our Public Sector client in Andover is currently seeking a Personal Assistant to support the principles within their organisation on a short-term, full-time assignment.
Location: Fully onsite in Andover
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £15.38 per hour
Duration: Short-term contract
Requirements: DBS check & 3 years of referencing
About the Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's Principals ensuring their schedules run smoothly and their time is used effectively. You'll be a crucial link within the admin support team, collaborating closely with other PAs to keep everything running smoothly.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and has a passion for organisation and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email and diary management, prioritising or rearranging where necessary and flagging any potential clashes
- Book and coordinate travel and accommodation
- Organise meetings and conferences, including sending out invitations and securing rooms
- Attend meetings to take notes and follow up on action points
What You'll Bring:
- A high level of organisation, motivation, and the ability to work independently
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders, both in person and over the phone
- The flexibility to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- First-class attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - especially Outlook, SharePoint & OneNote
Additional Requirements:
- A DBS check will be required
- Successful candidates must provide three years of referencing
