ADMIN / CLERICAL / PA / SECRETARIAL ROLE
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Personal Assistant / Secretary to work with our clients within the healthcare sector for a period of at least 6 months in Dundonald.
Audio Typing / Dictation
Typing - minutes of meetings, letters, forms
Liaise with Multidisciplinary nursing teams / department staff
Use of IT systems

be proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word; and
have at least one years' experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.
The hours of work are from 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). The rate of pay is £10.09 per hour.
