Personal Assistant to CEO & Board of Directors

Permanent Position

Full Time 08:30am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday

Salary £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

Benefits - 24 days holiday plus Bank Holiday`s, pension scheme after 3 months, free refreshments, exceptional working environment, warm & welcoming team ethos.

My client has an exciting position available for a well established and professional Personal Assistant supporting the Chief Executive, in an established, prestigious family run company.

The role of a Personal Assistant is to be the first point of contact for requests and meetings, you will be managing diaries and co-ordinating schedules for the CEO.

You will make travel arrangements when required as well as maintaining an electronic and paper filing system. You will be required to taking meeting minutes as well as replying to correspondence received.

As a Personal Assistant you will also be involved liaising with the marketing team helping with the organisation of events. You will be required to prepare reports as well as letter writing.

My client is also looking for someone who is able to use their own initiative to develop systems within the company, such as implementing new filing systems & using your creativity & experience to make improvements to the day to day matters you will be exposed to.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Personal Assistant background working with a CEO, Board of Directors, or Managing, you will also have a proven track record of working within a confidential environment and have a full understanding of the the role as well as being be a confident multi-tasker, who is able to work under pressure.

You will need to be able to work flexibly with others to achieve common goals.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and be able to work independently. You will have excellent organisational skills along with time management and be able to prioritise your workload.

You are required to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
