Job Description
Customer Care Advisor
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
As part of the Customer Care team you will be responsible for speaking to CCG's, nurse professionals, GP surgeries and patients that require appliances or medication, this is a role that requires attention to detail and assertiveness
As Customer Care Advisor you will be responsible:
- Manage workload to ensure prescriptions for customer deliveries are received in line with agreed timescales
- Negotiate when required and ensure no stock is written off, through effective retrieval of both Electronic and Paper prescriptions
- Complete all calls in line with our quality monitoring process
- Handle Inbound telephony queries (patients/ GP surgeries and medical professionals)
- Data entry (which may include ordering of medication)
- Meet individual daily targets as set by the business
- Flexible to change in order to meet business needs
- Work within regulatory and GDPR requirements
- Additional duties may be assigned or existing duties may alter
