Personal Tax Senior
Newcastle upon Tyne
Full Time Permanent role - 37.5 hours per week.
Salary Negotiable

I am currently looking for a Full Time Personal Tax Senior to join a well-established accountancy firm in Newcastle upon Tyne.

This role involves a wide variety of tax matters, including compliance work and delivery of tax advisory services to the firm's clients.

Main duties and responsibilities:
-Manage a portfolio of clients.
-Understand all aspects of the Self-Assessment Tax Return process.

-Provide support to colleagues and work with other departments.

-Strong technical personal tax knowledge with significant experience in dealing with Partnerships, Sole Traders, Landlords and Non-Residents, as well as an understanding of Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax.

-Communicate with clients to resolve queries.

-Keen to take on additional responsibilities and determination to progress to more senior roles.

Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of undertaking tax planning work and attending client meetings.
