Our Client requires an Administrative Assistant on a temporary contract until end July 2019. Shifts Mon-Thurs - 08.45am - 17.00pm & Fri 09.00am - 16.00pm
To provide administrative financial support across the Business Performance team, accountable for general administration, processing of purchase orders, reconciliation actions for financial transactions including purchasing card statements, online, cash, cheques and systems administration in accordance with specified work processes and policies.
Regular liaison with finance and departments to resolve standard issues and queries. Developing and maintaining good working relationships.
Good attention to detail and ability to enter, retrieve and process data accurately. Basic spread sheet and word processing capability. Good communication skills. Good standard of general education English/Maths. Desirable - AAT qualified. Customer Service or Business Administration qualification. Finance experience.
Temporary contract until July 2019 - Rate £9.00p/h - Shifts Mon-Thurs 08.45am - 17.00pm - Fri 09.00am - 16.00pm. Managers will consider a freshman for this role.
