My client was established in 2017. In essence, they hold their client`s stock in their warehouse and dispatch their web orders on their behalf, as and when they are received. The most vital aspect of their role is to ensure that their client`s stock is extremely well organised in order to achieve maximum efficiency and accuracy when picking, packing and dispatching orders.
They implement a customer driven culture, dedicated to all levels of satisfying customers. A can-do attitude is extremely valuable - they will always go the extra mile for all clients. Your daily duties will consist of:
Assisting with the unloading and loading of deliveries
Managing deliveries at goods in, confirming they are in good condition and accurate to the system and delivery paperwork
Ensuring deliveries are located in the warehouse correctly and efficiently
Ensure stock is picked, packed and prepared for dispatch accurately and efficiently
Replenishing pick bins
Quality control of products, managing returns and the repacking of items such as clothing
Performing stock takes and assisting in the resolution of stock discrepancies
Maintaining the housekeeping of the warehouse
Completion of ad hoc duties as and when they arise
