A family run business which was started in 1997 and is now a highly successful business with a £10m turnover. The company is moving from strength to strength and as a consequence our client is looking to bring in a Packing Room Manager, who will essentially lead the Packing Room Team and help them to efficiently manage over 20,000 orders a week. You will be a team player and be prepared to do whatever it takes to get the job done, however you will demonstrate leadership qualities and quickly be able to identify where efficiences can be made and productivity improved
You will have great communication, organisation and analytical skills. You will have ideally come from a similar Medical/Pharmaceutical environment.
You will be able to evidence working knowledge of a picking/packing process and how to follow a process through from pick to post. You will have supervised a team and have excellent people management skills, with a particular emphasis on using sales data and KPI's to influence process improvements.
IT Literate which abililty to manipulate sales data, report on trends, undertake process mapping and manage a team of up to 12 staff
£27,000 to £35,000 - 33 days holiday (including B/H), Extra days at Xmas/New Year, Finish 2pm on a Friday, Team Activities
