Job Description

We have worked with this company for many years and have seen them grow in success.

We are now recruiting Planners to work in their busy Customer Service centre based in Tadcaster which is easily commutable from York, Leeds and Harrogate.

You will need strong IT skills and have a flair for using your organisational skills to ensure that the best possible service is delivered every time.

Working on a national basis you will be given the very best on-site training and coaching to ensure that you develop your skills on a daily basis.

You will act as a `go-between` between customers, technicians and the sales force to ensure that the Service Level Agreements are met at all times.

You will be organised and self-motivated, being able to plan and work independently.

Team working is essential and you must be happy to support your colleagues and juggle your priorities to ensure that your team achieves their goals.
