Job Description

Do you have experience in Planning and Maintenance support focused roles? Would you like to join a leading manufacturing company within their busy Service Department?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Wirral area, you will have strong data analysis skills and be comfortable data inputting alongside being confident using Microsoft Excel and being able to problem solve.

Day to day duties in the role include:

Logging all new planned and maintenance contracts onto the internal CRM system and other systems.
Liaising with field service engineers to accurately record assets whilst on site completing maintenance and then amend costs accordingly.
Sending paperwork across daily to clients.
Approve income for maintenance visits with accurate costs.
Attending review meetings with key clients to discuss planned maintenance related queries.
Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external contacts - other relating departments and suppliers.

To apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in a high-pressured office environment is ESSENTIAL.
At least 2-3 years' experience in either a planning or maintenance focused role.
Confident to show examples of data analysis and data inputting.
Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written.
Confident using a wide range of systems, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
