Job Description

We're looking for a confident driver with a splash of customer service for our new Trade Plate Driver position in our busy automobile auctioneers. As a Plate Driver you be picking up Vehicles to bring to the yard and you will be delivering vehicles to customers too.
We are a national leader in automobile auctions and we're currently recruiting for our South London branch.
Your new position will be based within the M25, it's a varied role and you'll be out and about on a regular basis. The heart of your new job requires you to travel to Car Dealerships to collect new vehicles for the auction completing on sight inspection reports and bringing them back to base.
The role also entails delivery vehicles to customers who could not collect the vehicle on auction day.

This is a full time position of 40 hours a week Monday - Friday 8-5pm. An element of flexibility is required as if it's a later pick up and you may get stuck in traffic.

Every day you will be given a job sheet of picks ups and deliveries to complete. If its suitable for you there's the opportunity to pick the job sheet up the night before so you can get cracking straight away to save yourself time the following day.

The ideal candidate will be a confident driver and happy to drive a wide range of vehicles. We would like you to have great customer service skills as when you are put and about you are the face of the company.

For this position we require.
A full clean driving licence.
Clear communication skills
Preferably previous work in a customer focused environment would be a benefit.
