Currently we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Youth Manager to join our client`s amazing team in North West London. They are we are looking for someone who can match the care and quality of service of our client whilst managing a range of high quality short break services.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background of managing services for young people with learning disabilities. He will know how to maintain a Good Ofsted rating and improve it to Outstanding in the future. The person will have a strong vision of improving the life of the children and will have the skill set to execute it.

The essential requirements are the following:
- Experience in managing services for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Hold at least an NVQ/QCF level 3
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted, SEND legislation and Children and Families act
- Structured approach, ability to meet deadlines and open and creative mindset
