Permanent Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Occasional overtime/call out work
Paying up to £26,000

About the position:
Working as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer, you will work within a team providing a plumbing & heating service ensuring all statutory, planned and breakdown works are completed safely, cost effectively and to agreed KPI`s.

The position is a varied role, general responsibilities include:
Replacing fixtures and fittings
Drainage work
Fixing leaks
Installing washing machines & dishwashers
Supporting with replacing, assisting and repairing the heating & air conditioning system
Investigating & diagnosing problems
Attending to Emergencies as required

Based at the main location in South Coventry with some travel to the Wellesbourne site when required.

About you:
You will have practical experience working in general plumping & heating, with a variety of skills
Hold a relevant qualification in plumping & heating - ideally a City & Guilds NVQ I, NVQ II or an NVQ III or a level 2 or 3 Diploma or a similar qualifications
Experience using access equipment
Be a team player with an organised approach to work
Be able to think on your feet and act quickly in response to an emergency
Have the ability to complete work with minimal supervision to a high standard
