PO3 - (Admin Officer) Role

Job Description

Brook Street is currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is based in Durham City Centre; we have a position available for an admin officer.

Contract: Temporary assignment 6-9 months (work volume dependant)

Start date: Jan 2022
Salary: £11.10 per hour
Hours: Monday till Friday, from 8am till 6pm.

Key Responsibilities

" To provide effective and timely customer care to internal and external customers in line with current guidance and best practice.
" To respond to customer enquiries and complaints in writing, by telephone and face-to-face to the appropriate standard and in accordance with established policy and procedural instruction.
" To develop and maintain knowledge of legislation, policy, procedure and security guidelines so as to complete all work in accordance Policy, Procedure and Best Practice guidelines.
" To work flexibly and provide support to other operational colleagues / areas as required.
" To take responsibility for one`s own attendance, performance and personal development.

Due to the clearance required you must hold a VALID PASSPORT and has 7 months before it expires to apply for this role.
