Incredible opportunity for an area manager in the South-East

We are excited to work alongside one of the UK`s largest retirement companies in the UK, they hold over 50 `Good` ratings with the CQC and deliver incredible care across the nation.

Reporting directly to the operations manager, you will lead a team of estate managers across the South East (Kent, Hampshire, Sussex and South London), ensuring that each site delivers exceptional levels of service and recommending innovative solutions to better the services.

Your in-depth knowledge of the care industry and experience managing multiple locations will mean that you'll ensure that each site adheres to company policy, quality assurance validation and is adequately staffed at all times. Working from home you will visit the sites that you`re responsible for, liaise with your teams daily, as well as attending meetings to present your regions success to the wider business.

As the ideal candidate you will have:

- Level 5 management qualification
- Registered manager experience within an elderly care setting
- Senior management or multi-site management experience

Salary & Benefits:

- £36,000 per annum
