Brook Street is working with our client in the Crumlin area who are recruiting for a POD Clerk on a part time basis - Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00am to 15.00pm
This role is available on a 1-year contract basis due to maternity
* Responsible for processing proof of delivery documents
* Dealing with telephone calls and providing customer service
* Dealing with any customer queries and requests
* Checking and scanning paperwork
* Ensuring that proof of delivery documents is recovered from drivers for all deliveries
* Ensuring that proof of delivery details is updated on the traffic management system
* Liaise with transport department and ensure accuracy of information internal CRM system
* Ad-Hoc duties as required
* Applicants must have previous experience gained in a similar role.
* Applicants should be comfortable working with numbers and processing data.
* Strong administration and communication skills are essential
Working on a Monday to Friday basis between the hours of 9.00am and 15.00pm
Salary will be £9.50hr
