Job Description

Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Location: Ashton On Ribble, Preston, Lancashire

Working Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch. 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day for each full year max of 25 days plus bank holidays

Salary: 16,000-18,000 depends on experience plus bonus


Role and Objectives

Role
Your role is to manage vendors portfolios and ensure that every vendor experiences outstanding services levels at every stage of their interaction with us. You are the foundation of the team who is in charge of deal flow management, your role is to ensure that every vendor moves through the sales process.

Responsibilities
-Communicate with Vendors in line with a contact plan with outstanding customer service

-Update Vendor on activity to date, in line with our contract with our contract and service provision

-Re-ignite vendors desire to sell, update on market performance, re-align vendors expectations, identify issues raised by vendor regarding journey so far, ensure vendor receives agreed service levels through interaction with us.

-Escalate to allocated sale negotiator to move through deal process, escalate appropriate issues to the Head of Brand and propose solutions along with further communication strategies

-Generate leads from regular vendors contact plan for sales negotiator to work on conversion

-Ensure Detailed call log notes are updated in the system

-Weekly Update and presentation of Portfolio to Head of Brand

-Follow up with vendors on contact plan to get update on the outcome and service level agreements

-Create rapport with vendors, team members and other departments
