An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio Manager to join this very successful and expanding property company based in South Manchester

The successful candidate will be someone who has similar experience in a property management role, is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be organised, presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. Ideally with experience of managing a team. You will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages and a full and valid driving license.

This role will include all aspects of Portfolio Management including:
Management of a portfolio of properties
Management of a team of Property Managers
Completion of financial portfolio reports
Liaising with clients
Liaising with the Property Managers on day to day queries
Liaising with sub agents around the UK
General office administration including taking telephone enquiries and responding to emails
Preparation of documentation including renewal tenancy agreements

Good basic salary with commission structure and OTE of around £35,000. If you have the required experience and skills for this role, please send your cv
