Job Description

Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Location: Ashton On Ribble, Preston, Lancashire

Working Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch. 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day for each full year max of 25 days plus bank holiday

Salary: 16,000-18,000 depends on experience plus commission


Role
Your role is to manage vendors` portfolios and ensure that every vendor experiences outstanding services levels at every stage of their interaction with yourself. The foundation of this team is to deal with flow management; your role is to ensure that every vendor moves through the sales process smoothly and professionally.

You will maintain overall communication, in-line with appropriate contact plans, plus other businesses allocated to the Property management portfolio, to maintain deal flow.
A background in Property management/estate agency would be desirable, however if you also have a strong Client management background we would love to hear from you.
