Job Description

My Client a 2 site practice that is fast expanding is in need of someone with lots of up to date residential conveyancing experience who would feel confident to take over files with effect from exchange of contracts and deal with them right through to completion and then from completion right through to archiving.

This person would be part of an extremely busy team with lots of exchanges taking place each week. Therefore, we would definitely need someone who was able to hit the ground running.

My client are a very happy, friendly, welcoming bunch of people. For example, they have just had a Macmillan Coffee Week, today they had a baby shower for one of their staff who is about to go on maternity leave, they will be having a Christmas Jumper Day, their Christmas meal out and so on.

The role is of "Post-Exchange Residential Conveyancing Assistant" to be based in their Lewisham office.
