Job Description

Do you want to be part of a well trusted and well-established business? At the heart of our high streets for over 370 years the Post Office is looking to recruit various roles in the Chesterfield Area. To keep the future of the Post Office looking bright they need you to apply!

Your role in the post office would be to provide:
" High-quality service to the customer, ensuring all necessary actions are taken to fully satisfy the customer's requirements ensuring the delivery of a first-class customer experience on every contact.
" Take ownership of customer complaints and manage these through to resolution, ensuring all case details are captured using case management applications.
" Manage customer call backs, referrals and building relationships.
" Carry out general administration duties.
" Aid customers in a multi-channel environment via social media, web chat, email and telephone. This will include making and receiving outbound/inbound telephone calls via a telephony system within a fast-paced contact centre environment.
" Good all-round IT skills, able to use the MS Office IT packages and familiar with contact management applications.
