My Public Sector Client, based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for an experienced Post Room Assistant for a temporary ongoing assignment. This is a full time role from Monday to Friday.
The duties for this role will include opening and sorting internal and external correspondence, parcels and documentation, scanning these on to the system or logging these items on to a data base.
You will need to have an eye for detail and an awareness of all security aspects that need to be observed regarding confidential information and also the holding and storing of secure parcels and letters.
Training will be given on processes and procedures as well as systems that would need to be used during the role. You must have a strong work ethic and above all be able to follow procedures accurately and efficiently.
This role is temporary and paying £7.83 p/hr going up to £8.44 p/hr after 13 working weeks. **Please note this role will require clearance**
