My client is seeking an amazing PR & Brand manager who has a fantastic understanding of managing both roles ideally in the FMCG or Beauty/Pharma field.
This company based in North London is an award winning fairtrade food producer who is experiencing growth and is seeking the right person to take their amazing brand even further.
You will be responsible for:
Competitive surveys researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
Formulate PR plans and strategies and propose and manage budget and KPIs
Propose and manage campaigns to increase brand awareness including off-line, digital, website, social media, PR (trade and consumer) and communications.
Propose and manage on-line & offline advertising within budget
Co-ordinating the launch programme of NPDs
Overseeing the production of marketing material e.g. but not limited to: ATL, BTL material, newspaper and magazine advertisements, advertorials, press releases, email campaigns, websites copy exhibition stands, and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers as appropriate.
Organise the signing-off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with Marketing Director and MD that the designs and messages meet the company brand guidelines
Support the implementation of promotional plans ensuring marketing plans are implemented in Key accounts.
Enhance the company`s voice and presence through online and offline channels
Write press releases, speeches and other PR copy
Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences etc.
Any other duties as required.
You will be focused, hardworking, enthusiastic, someone who can manage their own time and use their own initiative. Numerate, able to interpret data and have excellent exposure to PR & Brands previously.
You will ideally have 3 years or more in FMCG or the Pharmaceutical field and ideally have a Marketing degree
£30,000 - £50,000 pus benefits
