You will receive the salary of £40.000 per year and this includes 22 days holiday, bank holidays and pension.

To achieve profitable business growth through the creation, management and execution sales and marketing strategies and projects within set time frames, budgets and to a high-quality standard.
To be responsible for the entire marketing function which involves managing marketing team. Develop, implement and manage the marketing plan (including a seasonal calendar of key events and themes) that contributes to year on year sales growth.


Your main duties include:
" Brand strategy implementation across all segments of the market to increase sales. Create and implement a clear brand positioning and creative identity.
" Product launches across national, consumer and trade publications.
" Create, implement awareness campaigns on Social Media and BTL outlets to considerably drive sales. Build solid online and offline PR plans with high key Advertorials, Brand Advocates.
" Be responsible for external consumer communications, media strategy, digital strategy and trade PR including print and online adverting.
" Development and implementation of campaigns; creation, implementation and management Charity Project and campaigns.
" Management of marketing business planning including working closely with a number of retailers. Prepare a fully integrated consumer and Trade marketing and communication plan to support the current listings.
